WHAT IS NO KINGS DAY?
On October 18, millions of us will rise up to show the world that America has no kings, and the people hold the power.
In June, thousands of Baltimoreans showed up for our first No Kings Day event in Patterson Park. We heard from prominent Maryland leaders who all shared the same message: that we will not surrender to fascism. Now, we revisit that message with renewed fervor.
As Donald Trump declares war on our own cities, removes protections from the most marginalized among us, and prosecutes his enemies, we stand strong. We choose democracy.
No Kings Day coincides with the Baltimore Running Festival, so Indivisible Baltimore invites you to participate—and volunteer—for sign waves along the running route. Come for an hour or stay for as long as you’d like. Below, you’ll find a list of all running route sign waves. You’ll also see other local events you may wish to attend.
JOIN THE BIG NO KINGS RALLY IN DC
Want to be where the action is, at the site of the would-be dictatorship? Head to DC from noon to 3 for one of the biggest No Kings rallies in the country. Sign up with Mobilize, or just show up.
Getting there isn’t half the fun, but we’ve made it a little easier by providing information about taking the train to DC and buses that will leave from Towson and close to BWI. (Please consider helping your neighbor by donating an extra seat $30 for someone who might not otherwise be able to attend.)

RUNNERS: RUN FOR DEMOCRACY!
Whether you’ve already registered or are looking to sign up for the Baltimore Running Festival, please join the No Kings Day 2 Race Group.
Start or edit your registration here. New runners will see a place to add this race group on the second page; registered runners can edit to add the race group. Use the passcode URNOTALONE to sign up for the No Kings Day 2 Race Group. It doesn’t matter whether you’re doing 3 miles, 6 miles, the half- or the full marathon. It costs nothing to join the group, and each runner in our group will receive a No Kings Day back bib.
Join us and send the message that you are running for democracy!
